Cancellation Policy

***COVID PRECAUTION *** (MASK MANDATORY) NO EXTRA GUEST It’s Beast Mink’s & Aesthetic’s here ready to provide a wonderful customer service to ALL clients. I will make sure every customer feels comfortable, respected and appreciated. To perform this an amazing experience I will need ALL CLIENTS to be ON TIME for the appointments. NEW BROW APPOINTMENTS READ ENTIRELY PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL & PHONE NUMBER ARE CORRECT Deposits are credited towards your procedure/appointment & are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. - This includes Touch-Up deposits. RESCHEDULING/CANCELING: * 48 hour notice is required. Failure to do so will result in 100% of the service cost as a cancellation fee for all Appointments. Tardiness: * If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be rescheduled & your deposit will be forfeited. Early Arrival: * Please do not arrive more than 10-15 minutes early. If you arrive early, please wait in your vehicle before coming up for your appointment. No Shows: * You will be charged the full appointment price. A new procedure fee will be required in FULL to reschedule. No extra people (especially children) or pets allowed- this is a safety concern and there are no exceptions. I WILL BE BAN YOU FROM ANY FUTHER BOOKINGS ON WEBSITE INDEFINITELY IF YOU PULL A NO SHOW. Communication is KEY🔑
